The location is very central, near the Royal Palace across the Rio Manzanares by Segovia Bridge, next to the new gardens "Madrid Rio". Metro Station Puerta del Angel (circular line 6) is only at 250 meters away, this connects to a station Principe Pio at one stop and Moncloa at three. Is a 15 minute walk to downtown and 10 minutes from the City University by Metro.
The rooms have, Digital TV, DSL Internet, heating and safebox. Some rooms are double and with air-conditioned.
The price include telephone (national calls free), ADSL (Internet) and cleaning once a week.
A month deposit is requested. There are no fees or administration costs. Only extra cost are metered charges (electricity, water and gas) approx. 35 euros a month.
